0.4.0 Is here!

I made a few fixes to make the game a bit more intuitive, and aesthetically pleasing.
Changelog:

  • Made the death animation of the enemies more apparent

  • Added controls in the menu so that new players are no longer confused

  • The shuriken no longer goes under the blood

  • The .exe file is now called Shuriken.exe instead of Shuriken..exe
