0.8.2 Update: Fixes, and… fixes!


After one week, I only had time to play 3 times the game with friends, but I spotted 4 bugs in these games.
So here comes an update centered around bug fixes.
Oh, and I renamed the Worry-Free version into something more fitting of its actual use.

Fixes:

  • I fixed the point count system, it was actually never working well and I never spotted it. The few times I spotted it before I didn’t find where it was coming from and thought I saw wrong. In fact, the bug was that if one damages an enemy, then suicides before the enemy touches the ground, the one who suicides got 2 points

  • Black when selected replaces the other player’s character text too (white’s text somehow disappeared from the source code at some point (probably misstyped), so I made a new, and better, text)

  • The personalized characters’ texts were mixing in the Character Editor’s UI. Basically, when you entered the editor, it was loading all the saved texts in the first text input, then kept the 3 others as default. So, when you left the editor after that, unless you typed the right texts, it saved the mixed up texts

  • Red’s skill 1 was not working with personalized characters
