1.0.1 update

Just a simple patch to fix some minor details
Changelog:

Greatly improved Options Menu
Added Fullscreen Option
Fixed bugs with death counters, each world now has it’s own counter, the total deaths counter is calculated off of each individual counter
Water splash animation working properly
The game now automatically saves your progress after completing a world
Added a small detail in the title screen for those who complete the game

If you already have a savefile in an older version, don’t worry, just move the “profile.svf” file from your old versión to the newly downloaded folder an launch the game.
