Changes:

-Added more varieties of jungle tree

-Added parallax jungle background to E1M3 and menu screen

-Added green ambient lighting to E1M3 and menu screen

-Added jungle ambient noises to E1M3

-Added jungle ambient noises to E1M1

-Added parallax hills to E1M1

-Added parallax hills to E1M5

-Added shrubs and flowers to E1M1, E1M3 and menu screen

-Removed background noise from bird sounds

-Added jungle ambience alongside bird sounds

-Improved jungle tree art

-Added audio to start of E1M1 to set the scene

-Specified location in E1M1

Fixes:

-Replaced old coin bobbing with a sine wave formula

-Restored prelaunch fireball speed (I didn't realise they had been slowed in the launch version)
