Texas Smith Adventures - Volume I

Made a more realistic jungle for my game #tsa #tsav1

-I thought that the original jungle looked super budget so I decided to remake it.

-First I redid the tree art and then added more types of tree. -Then I added about 50 more foreground trees to the level.

-Then I made a parallax background with 3 layers of trees.

-After that I darkened the sky and added a slight gradient into blue.

-Then I tinted the level and background slightly green.

-Once that was done I added grass and shrubs.

-Then I added jungle insect type ambient audio.

-I then decided that the background still didn't look right so I added some dark mountains to the back.

And that is how I made the jungle go from budget grassland with some vaguely junglish yet plastic trees, to what actually looks like a jungle (although the flora probably isn't real).
