Summary: Ultimate QoL/bugfix update I guess.

Last "big" update.


This is hopefully the last major-ish update of the game. I don't care what happens in AML, if there are prepatches or even more SICs or bugs found so be it... I'm not in control of that. I just want to be done with this game, so this is one last big QoL update.

Anything updated from this point is bugfixes or very small updates. I'm still open to QoL suggestions but I'm not adding or changing gameplay from this point on (unless it's like bugged or something idk)

Main Gameplay Changes:

  • The AI of XOR's animatronics is not randomized anymore and is now fully dependent on the AIs that you already set. Also fixed a bug where XOR would set its AIs to 22 if all of the AIs were 21 when it should have been 22. (This means DOODY PARTY is harder now.)

    • Old XOR formula: round((Sum of AI / 9) * random(0.9, 1.1)) clamped from 7 to 20, unless Sum of AI == 168, then it's 22.

    • New XOR formula: round(Sum of AI / 8.15) clamped from 7 to 22.

    • Mr. Hippo's movement timer has been altered to reflect this change, as 22 AI used to be literally over twice as fast as 20 AI. (10 - ai*0.422 -> 8 - ai*0.272)

    • Happy Frog's movement timer has also been altered. (10 - ai*0.375 -> 9 - ai*0.3)

  • If you press B in the middle of Bonnet Night, a practice menu will open, letting you change the start position and speed of the night!

  • If your cursor is on the remote, Bonnet will not spawn at the bottom left. This should prevent some RNG situations, especially with Hard Mode.

  • While standing on Acephalous, Costume's progress is now paused.

  • Watching Costume on AI levels higher than 20 is slightly more effective.

Bugfixes:

  • Acephalous is ACTUALLY stalled when standing on him now... he also now responds to the left click keybind (q) being held.

  • (Tried to but failed lol) Fixed random things (such as Old Candy's panels and TV remote buttons) being able to spawn in the bathroom sometimes.

  • Ragebait is fixed and added to Bonnet Night, but this won't matter if you play it properly. Sorry AML scrubz! Ok but in all seriousness, I did this only so that more RNG Bonnet modes wouldn't place. Imagine how much crap would place if practice speed was treated as uncapped AI and was allowed for all of them...

  • Fixed a wrong order for Penguin sometimes keeping the TV paused.

Misc.:

  • DOOMY PARTY was renamed to DOODY PARTY, because it really is doodoo. There is also a picture of Diddy Kong to represent the OG.

  • Speaking of DOODY PARTY, there is a new character: ROX. This little guy summons new visual distraction characters 69 seconds into the mode.

  • In Bonnet Night, the room button now stays for one second. Have fun in the bathroom!

  • Made changing AIs in the menu a bit smoother. It is now much easier to change a character by just 1 AI level.

  • You can now activate Eternally Doomified mode on touchscreen by having at least 3 fingers on the screen.

  • On touchscreen, touching an Old Candy panel will now prevent them from moving with the camera.

  • Made office scrolling smoother.

  • Tell the spirit "slop", and you will be able to have a result screen after beating a maxmode to calculate how much AML slop you obtained!
