I want to start this update to all three of you who downloaded the game, you got an older build. I’d uploaded 1.3 but Gamejolt’s whole system for this kind of things is pretty flawed. At least in my opinion. So yeah it got uploaded but it was automatically made private for… reasons. Hell, I don’t know. Anyway! I’ve changed my mind on the game’s length! Why? Well, I’ve noticed that people tend to like games that are accessible, and easy to get into. I’ll be honest, sometimes the length of games ends up being what drives me away. Now, granted, 48 hours is pretty short by todays standards, but I firmly believe that 48 hours of SPEEDRUNNING which, might I remind you, was the original goal, equals out to MUCH longer than I’d’ve liked. Not only that, but I’ve got someone new working on the game, the first person other than me in fact. I won’t reveal their name yet, but so far they’ve given me a lot of cool ideas to help me fill up less time fetch questing! Not only that, but they have some AWESOME designs for new weapons and this breakthrough may very well be what sets the gmae on the right path! So yeah the game’ll be 24 hours long and it’ll have some sick new mechanics! So what do I need now? A pixel artist. If you’re interested in working for free, contact me.
