Aran and Toto's Christmas Horrors

1 year of TDNaAATChristmasHorrors

Today is December 31 (or at least it still is in South America)

and this game came out on this day.

I remember wanting to release this game at Christmas Day, but in the end it was delayed a lot because I was waiting for Sally's voice lines, which in the end were never done because there wasn't enough time. It was either release this game in December or January.

What do I think of this game? It's perhaps the worst game in the TDNaAAT series. This game was an experiment. I wanted to make a game in the style of FNaF 4, and it would also be my first game to have different levels. Since it was my first time, the game didn't turn out to be the best. The first version was boring and had fatal bugs.

But even so, this game still has potential. Especially the horror that this game tries to convey could have been better.

I would like to do a remastered version at some point and redo everything. I even want the characters to look like nightmares now (the latter is unlikely because I don't know how to model monstrous characters).

Still, I think it was a good experiment. I'd say the game is just decent and that's it.

It's a simple game to pass the time during the Christmas season.

I don't know what else to say about this, that's all hehe

Sometimes hiding won't save you in everything

Finally, I redesigned my OC's “2D Toon” version.

I may change some details later on.

(This time, I decided to do it by hand first and then do it in ibisPaint. I'm better at drawing in a notebook than on a cell phone)

Experimental animation of BB morphing into Halfway BB. These characters won't visibly transform like this in POPGOES Evergreen but it was fun to see how it could look. (2023)
