Overworld
The toxic balloon now gets deleted when all enemies are dead, to avoid it roaming around trying to hit dead enemies;
Enemies now get their poison value reset when they die, to remove the visual effect;
Changed how enemies die internally for better consistency in the code;
The jumpscare effect and munchies now disappear once a boss too dies;
Fixed a slightly misaligned invisible wall in the first inverse world section;
The enemy's poison can no longer stack (in theory) infinitely, nor can lower poison values be overwritten on top of a higher poison value;
The stun from jumpscare can no longer overwrite longer stuns than the one called;
Inverse world's enemies' animation now are more accurate in higher refresh rates, due to the random calls now being called in 60 FPS;
Reverted esc key's behavior to show up above all elements on the screen, but still except for the speedrun timer;
The smoke spawned from endo army now has its height more accurate related to the endo.
