#2 - Particles and Background


Hello there!
Since the last devlog I have been working on:

  • Improved slinging

  • Collision particles

  • Sound

  • Background for the first level

On the GIF underneath you can see the basic movement of the characters in game, as well as the new particles that are created upon collision with the platforms.

Since I am far from done with the sounds I won’t be showing them until a later post. However, what I can show you is the current background for the first level.

It will probably have changes done to it later, but I think it looks fine for now. The clouds shown are also moving, and once they reach the edge of the screen the start over again at a slightly different height and shade.
