The ending of Custom Night will be different, and you'll be able to find out when the game launches.
By the way, speaking of Custom Night, I decided that you can only increase the difficulty of characters 1 through 3 (except for Puppet; she's just toggle to enable/disable) because I don't yet know how to do level 20, but I'll find a way to learn how to do that.
