This game is a decade and a half old now, Am I becoming a old man now?... Oh my god...

Guess this is Cuntcat's Day, Yahoo!

Yeah so as with the Anniversary post with Cuntcat's 2 I'm going to do the same with this game, Let's get right into it.

Development

So this game's development is particularly interesting as this was the first proper FNaFb game I was creating and it was based on a fangame series that hadn't even received a proper FNaFb Fangame of it no less.

I saw a couple of videos on a FNaFb Candy's game that I couldn't find nor download anywhere at the time, So I just figured "You know what, I'll do it myself" and so that's what I did!

So for the first proper Candy's FNaFb out there I decided to create what was essentially a "FNaFb 1 clone" because that was the easiest thing to do (I was new guys btw!).

But yeah, I just followed in the footsteps of FNaFb 1 and then released the game afterward, All things considered it did pretty well for itself but of course as you know I didn't just stop there.

I would then spend the rest of 2020 and throughout 2021 going ahead updating the game several times, In particular around 3 times, Those being V2 featuring the Q (RAT) and W (Vinnie) Scenarios, V3 featuring a large main story expansion with the likes of Cummy and Penguin's Base and lastly V3.5: Last Stir featuring the final boss against President Eggman.

I just liked giving this game more content and to be fair it did help with the game standing out from being just a simple FNaFb 1 clone when it had all this additional things to do.

The end(?)

After the last bits of updates from 2021, I just figured that that was the end of it and that I was done with it, To be honest for a long time I was done.

I was going on to do other things, Like Cuntcat's 3, Remake of Cuntcat's 1 (later a full Cuntcat's Collection with the third game included) and later on FNaFb games on other characters and concepts, Besides I was pretty down for a while when I thought nobody could like this game, Heck I probably wouldn't of done anything new.

But that all changed late 2022/early 2023 when I felt inspired to work on Cuntcat's 1 yet again but this time with a new coat of paint.

So I took what little assets I had made when I making the collection and threw them into the first game in which I would work on a big update for the past several months until...

Revitalized Version

In late 2023 I would release the updated version of Cuntcat's 1 named "Five Nights at Cuntcat's: Revitalized Version".

Coming fit with updated assets and new content, I was pretty happy with how this update came to be, The main story in particular was updated pretty heavily and even featuring new endings to it as well, It was a big step up from the old version in almost every way.

Now looking back at this, There are a few things I think I could've done a bit better, Primarily with the gameplay and balancing, That could've honestly received a bigger focus then I did give it.

Overall though I do hold this update in a positive light and enjoyed working on this game and I am very happy to leave this as the final version out there to play.

Well mostly, There has been some talk of a potential update to fix the major gameplay and balancing problems, If that happens then that will indeed be the final version instead, otherwise the game will be in the state it is right now.

Overall

It has certainly been a wild ride with this funny swear cat throughout the past half decade and I have had a absolute blast with it, I have had a fun time and I do not regret making this game.

In conclusion, This truly was the Cuntcat's Flashbang Simulator experience of all time.

And so lastly I think I'll leave you with a couple of teasers for the upcoming Revitalized Version for Cuntcat's 2, I've really been putting in the work for this one and I hope you can see that as well.
