This game is called the changing, Its IS made in RPG Maker MV.
Ok so the game takes place on a small island called Marsha Promonade which is weird concidering that it’s not very swampy but story’s say it used to be before the War Against Oxorbothery which [due to magical resedue] changed the terrain completley.
