A lot of new stuff in the works!

Hey everyone! What we have publicly available right now is just the old Ludum Dare 32 version of Fish Slap, but we have a lot of stuff in the works for the full release.

New Monsters

And tons of them. We actually will be removing all the monsters from the LD version of the game and making new ones that are both polished and fit the new theme of the game.

Updated Art and Themes

The game will take place in a 1860’s london mansion, populated by classic monsters from Dungeons & Dragons. So, with much of monsters changing, so is the setting, music, and UI.

Mobile Versions?!

That’s right! We’re planning on getting an Android and iOS version out on the app stores as soon as we can too. It won’t differ much from the PC/Web versions, but there’ll be some UI configurations.

More Randomness, New Dungeons, More META

We’re adding a lot of new stuff to make the game both replayable, longer, and more fulfilling for the long-term play. There’ll be some random generation, new floors (dungeons) to explore, and some meta mechanics that translate between each dungeon run.

Other stuff?

The game is still a little ways off from completion, but let us know if you have any suggestions or ideas that you’d like to see in the finished product! We’ll try to figure out a regular update schedule, but in the mean time don’t hesitate to share some thoughts.
