Adding some effects to the dash action #godot

Yesterday was a complicated day... It's not easy to be a father and work on a game. I opened Godot but quickly had to close my laptop... So I had good time with kids and tried to organize my self for the development of the game

Start working on the HUD, seems to be ok with the Dash ProgressBar! #godot
