A Quarantined Development Update

Happy Quarantine everyone! Being stuck inside has made me able to focus on working on games a lot more then what I normally get to.

So first of all The Legends of the Lost, Yes its still being worked on however very slowly. If i'm being honest I'm pretty stuck in what direction I want to take it in, whether that be an open world sandbox type of game or a more structured linear adventure game, This is where I have kind of come to a pause on development as changing my mind on what kind of game I want it to be. But on a more exciting note a couple months ago I finally made the upgrade to construct 3 which has really streamlined everything I even set out to redesign some of the maps as it's so much easier now and the newer maps can be way more optimized then the old ones could ever have been. Here take a look at what Wildo Woods and Wildo Village look like now.

Now it's starting to approach the 3 year mark since the last demo, surely there must be a new demo very soon right? uhh probably not. In the meantime take a look at this other project....

Taking some time away from working on The Legends of the Lost (and being stuck in self-isolation) has made me start working on a new project that at the moment I'm calling "Battle Leauge". It's pretty much a monster battle simulator akin to Pokemon Showdown and I've been really keen to work on a game like this for a few years now and the jump to Construct 3 has finally made it easier than ever to make a game like this. Here take a look at it:

Despite being only in development a few days I am planning on releasing a prototype build of the game very soon, probably within like a week I just want to iron out a couple of kinks and give it a little more meat as currently it just has 1 working monster and 4 moves. Make sure to keep an eye on my page as I will be uploading Battle Leauge very soon.

Back in my art school days I used to ride the 710 COPSA line from Parque Del Plata to Montevideo almost everyday. This is the Marcopolo Viaggio G4 Mercedes Benz model from the late 80s, one of the older bus models that was running on the line.
