
Firstly, I decided to update the visuals and make them a bit brighter and make the backgrounds with a certain roughness. And in general, I decided to make the overall tone of the game less gloomy than in Act 1 2024.

Secondly, I began to refine the animations and add new ones, as well as add new objects for new locations, you can see a couple of frames and one of these objects.
I also changed the design of some rooms and slightly changed the behavior of opponents. Initially, I wanted to make the very beginning of the game not very difficult, but I realized that I simplified it beyond measure.

And here are sketches of several characters (some are background NPCs, and some characters play some role in the main story.)
This month was not very productive, I admit. I spent most of the time working on that video about the development of the first act, which ultimately did not gain any traction, and I still have problems with YouTube (I can’t leave active links in the description and pin comments because my views have dropped). I hope, of course, that this will be resolved and I’m doing everything I can for this, but I’m throwing my main efforts into the game. See you again!
