The type of granted effect to all allies depends on Richard's Attack and Magic parameters. About the type of granted effect to them:

Attack > Magic: Grant Battle Angel status to all allies. Battle Angel increases physical damage by 50% for their next 6 actions.

Attack < Magic: Grant Mystic Angel status to all allies. Mystic Angel increases physical damage by 50% for their next 6 actions.

Attack = Magic: Grant March Angel status to all allies. March Angel increases any damage by 30% for their 8 actions and Speed by 25% for their next 4 actions.
