Abandoned: Discovery Island Classic – 1.2.5-1 Hotfix Released


This hotfix addresses a few additional issues, including a few long-standing bugs in Pirate Caverns:

Changes and Fixes

  • Reinstated unused Replay Mode message on the hint screen.

  • Corrected an issue where part of the camera events had accidentally been moved into the hiding events internally.

  • Merged Photo-Negative Mickey's kill timers. Functionality is otherwise the same, as the grace period mechanic has not been implemented.

  • Fixed an issue where after successfully hiding, Photo-Negative Mickey could rarely re-enter the office and turn invisible.

  • Acephalous's office sprite now disappears during his jumpscare.

  • Moved Corruptus’s speed buffs to Hard Mode, for the time being.

  • Fixed a long-standing issue regarding the second key and the flashlight in Pirate Caverns.

  • Interactions with the safe and return hitboxes on Pirate Caverns Floor 2 should now be a little less painful.

  • Fixed some cases where Hard Mode didn't affect the hour length.
