Added much smoother mechanics and fixed some air dash issues that didn't make the movement "feel" good. It's all up to par now, though. Probably just a few more tweaks until I start work on enemies again:D

Keep an eye out for further updates!

Added several new sprites to create more well rounded ground objects, giving it a more earth-y feel. Along with this, added a few shadows in select areas, such as under metal structures.

Also added a falling animation you can see above: ^^^

"Time is a well,

And we are the bucket,

The world is a cell,

And our words are our musket."

- Sol

Run Animation

"The Mind Clock"

A cut scene from my upcoming game, Sol.

"The Mind Clock. It is within us all. The darkness. The hate... The hope. Our driving cause. Now corrupt. The Writer is lost. We must bring him back, Player. Our world, our dream, depends on his mind."

- The Narrator

Upcoming "Sol" indie game

"What does the drowning man say to the sun?

He asks it, ‘why let this happen, when your rays can dry up the waters?’

The sun looks down, pity of the man’s fate. The sun answers,

‘You see your breath leave you, but forget the dry tongues of others.’"

- Sol

Shoobies leave a sticky trail of mucus in their wake, which can impede movement for any creature that steps in it.

"Thanks guys for endless hours of fun." 👍

Heya! I wanted to show some gameplay progress i made so far. I hope you like it ^^

Family band complete!

In the quest for accessibility, I'm adding Resurrection Shrines for players on the 'novice' end of the platforming spectrum.

In order to unlock the power of a Shrine, you must collect 3 'Souls' from your dead corpses! (the floating blue orbs)
