New Level Editor, with saving, loading and a GUI Tool bar.

Offical level files are now in XNA’s content pipe.

Been working lately on lots of 'behind-the-scenes' boring stuff that no one really cares about, so here’s a guy playing the sax for some reason.
We made a lot of improvements on the Freezing Plains visual. Things like pine trees, tiny bushes, some rocks, and others game props!
