Alive Again - digging up the project

2016 draws to an end, not much progress done this year, but the future looks better. I recently got a better laptop, and I can use it to code in my local hackerspace. I should get some much better motivation there.

As for the state of the game - I’m still sitting on the same technical problems as last winter. I ponder switching to a nicer/easier engine from time to time. On one hand I already put so much work into what I already have, on the other it looks like I might not be able to finish what I started without some major changes.

Let me introduce you to the new Mech line: Gendai Spec. Those are Mech that specializes in surprise attacks, covered operations, and stealth. They are equipped with melee weapons but one of Gendai's frames supports sniper rifles.
