Hi everyone..
Just a small update, don’t worry, I know the title is something that could be bad, but hear me out..
Yes, I’m already losing my motivation for this game, but not because I’m out of ideas, I have the entire story planned out..
But, the reason why I’m losing motivation is because of mapping.. I just can’t focus on it anymore.. I never have any ideas on what I need to make.. and if I do, then the maps feel empty cause I kind of rush it and then I never put finishing touches on it. Once I make it, I just put in the events, then I never touch it again (unless I’m fixing bugs).. If you’ve played MLP RPG 3, you’ll see that the mapping is a completely different style, that’s because I had some friends help with it.. All I did was make the events, monster stats, story line, test everything out in game, and more.. I can easily do all of that, it’s just making maps.. It’s my biggest weakness when it comes to making games.

Anyways, I’m gonna make a somewhat selfish cry for help and ask, do any of you want to help me out with mapping, please? I can do the isometric mapping, that’s very easy cause it’s for battles only, but the normal “2D” maps stress me out the most…
I feel like I’m just venting out my frustrations. But, if you want to help me out.. Please contact me and we can figure something out.
