as you may notice brandi's sandaconda has an item called the sand spirit, this item will double the power of the users first attacking move in a sandstorm, for example normally earthquake is base 100 power, however if the user uses this as his first attacking move in a sandstorm the power is doubled to 200 (and that's not even including stab)

brandi as a character

brandi is the youngest of chairmen vincent's 4 children, she normally has a kind deposition but that can change on a dime, if something sets her off she can make a massive mess (hence why she loves sandstorm so much) and one of her favorite moves is stomping tantrum
