alright its time for the next part of my pokemon fan game idea series, today I'm going over gym leader number 9,hard mode edition

mange has a grappoloct with the item called the sliding cups (also known as the un-suction cups) this boosts the users speed and evasion by 2 stages but lowers their accuracy by one stage
