alright its time for the next part of my pokemon fangame idea series, today's topic gym leader number 17, hard mode edition

as you can see spring's garbodor has the acidifier, this item turns normal rain into acid rain (yes her garbodor knows rain dance). acid rain deals damage to all pokemon at the end of every turn, with the exception of poison and steel types. acid rain boosts the power of all poison moves and lowers the power of psychic moves, also all moves that damage the ground (like earthquake, buldoze and dig) will harm the pokemon using the move

spring as a character

spring is the second oldest of chairmen vincent's children and serves as one of the 2 elite 4 guardians, she has mastered the art of the perfect poison and as such if you get poisoned by one of her pokemon it will automatically be toxic level poison (where it does more and more at the end of every turn).
