olivia's turtonator has the bomb vest item, this makes it so that when the user loses 3/4 of its health it will automatically use explosion (this time its fire type). pyres has a talonflame with the former glory item this makes it so that the user's ability takes on its original form (so, in this case, his talonflame will always have priority on its flying moves)
