Hello everyone.
I need to give the update I promised and clear up some misconceptions.
First off, no, I am not working on Trailer III right now, I only announced it because of the feedback received from Trailer II that there wasn't enough gameplay. All the focus has moved back to the game again and it will be a few months before Trailer III drops.
Trailer III will be very gameplay focused.
Now for the Q&A.
How did it feel to finally release Trailer II?
At first it was stressful yet excited. Recently I found out someone was leaking the content inside of Trailer II and it made it more stressful. I then decided to release the trailer early and the first few messages I got about the trailer being amazing, it felt really really good.
Is Trailer III gonna be a release trailer?
No, but it will be close to release later this year.
What was your favorite thing to do on this game? (Designing, coding, gameplay, etc.)
I'm not sure, I really enjoy doing everything.
Are you having fun making the game?
Yes I am, it feels like the old days working on a game. Similar to 2016, but more 'modern'.
What were you going for when you made Ellie
I am not sure, in ELLIE'S v1, Ellie was a ninja themed animatronic but she was later turn into a nurse, I'm not sure why I choose a nurse, it just seemed to fit.
1. How did you come up with these animatronics?
2. The game has unused content?
3. Why and in what year did you start creating the game? That is all.
1. I'm not sure, it just kinda felt natural.
2. There is cut animatronics, cut versions, and much more that I will reveal later on.
3. I've had the game idea since May of 2017. I worked on a few things here and there but development did not fully rise until December of 2017, thus ELLIE'S v1 was born.
if the game was played by tons and tons of people, even markipier, what will you do in return?
I don't think about who is gonna play the game but my only focus is making a great game.
Are the animatronics possessed by the missing children like what Scott did?
This is a tricky answer but the story of ELLIE'S is like a reboot of FNaF1 but with major changes. The design philosophy of the game is to be familiar but different, like it carries some of the themes of FNaF1 BUT the story isn't focused on the past, the story is focused on the present on finding out what happened to the missing children and building a case against Ellie's Milkshake and Fries.
How will Ellie's be different from the other fnaf fangames?
While Ellie's draws alot from FNaF1 to SL, what will make it different is the feeling, the style, and the theme of the game. I have carefully designed the game to take the best from FNaF1 to FNaF SL and make it original but familiar. The story will also make this game stand out I believe. The overworld as is the other part to ELLIE'S that makes it a whole game. It is the story-driven part of the game in a massive 8bit open world where you explore and look into what happened to Ellie's on the main quest along with side quests. I am confident this game will stand out from the crowd of others and I cannot wait to show it.
With that out of the way, I have one more thing, my friend has been working on a cool original game and I think you should check out.
