An element I thought of was that some 2 of Alex's skills had a super low chance to inflect perma-stats. But soon scrapped it.

Also I added it so you can now speed up attacks like in Bashful. Thanks for the idea gen3king.

If you're ever going to make a pointless expansion mod. Please do not include a ton of new party members. For your own sake.
