I came up with that art in my mind 'cuz ever since The Battle Shifts with Cat remake, Jeffrey, who has transformed into Classic Javier and Evil Javier, has appeared in it. He's also known as The Leader, it must be because he was the leader of Javier & His Friends, the Missing People, the Cartoon Buddies, and the Crew of Darkness. He mysteriously got in Cat's Restaurant in Tokyo in Japan, he does have an ability to teleport anywhere else. However, the reason why EJ got in Cat's Restaurant, it's because of his lust of blood. So that is why he tried to kill Miles ever since the Uli Night. When Evil Javier got in Cat's Restaurant, he possibly met the Cats characters and the Battle Cats characters, consisting of the Cat character, Tank Cat, Axe Cat, Mighty Cat, Teacher Bear Cat, Bird Cat, Burger Cat, Medusa Cat, Nora, and Killer Cat. The Cats characters must've felt confusingly concerned when Evil Javier unexpectedly visited in the restaurant. The demonic robot himself surely wanted to drink Miles' blood. Oh. And also, Evil Javier was a member of the Other.
