ANACEC Mega Dev. Log #2


I've got some good news for you guys today.

The movement path Chuck takes is now fully operational! I don't mean the images on the cameras, since that's a simpler but more time-consuming, I mean the code for the path Chuck takes throughout the map.

Gonna lay out the basics of how he works here, because it's not really a spoiler and I feel like bragging.

-He starts in an off-camera location called the basement (The majority of characters start here)

-At his first successful movement, assuming no one's already there, he'll move to CAM-01

-Otherwise, when picking where to go, he'll chose the location closest to Cam-6B that isn't currently occupied

-He'll only move to a room he was just in as a last resort

-Certain cams have RNG as to where he'll try to go, since some cams have multiple options that are the same distance from Cam-6B

With this done, the movement for other characters (especially Helen) should be fairly straight forward, if a bit tedious to work on.

It's a cast for a scrapped FNACE game of mine called FNACEC: The Final Days.

It's based off of Non-RoXo CEC, so don't expect them to appear in this game... at least not in their current form.
