So if you guys didn't know, IvanG made a TikTok account, and on that account he posted a new teaser trailer for JOLLY 4 that revealed a TON of stuff. And today, I'm gonna go through and analyze the new trailer!
----------------------------------------------------------------
So the very first thing we see is this:
Now, I noticed several things right away, first and foremost is that we seem to be in a VERY familiar location. Bright blue lights, a dark and industrial feel, plants all over the place: it appears that this segment of the trailer is in the Jolly Factory from JOLLY 3. To further prove my point, this was in the segment as well:
It looks to be Withered Jolly's head. I mean, they're very similar: a torn mouth, a chef's had, and a reddish color. Now, I don't know if this actually IS Withered Jolly's head, but it's the only thing I could come up with.
----------------------------------------------------------------
Moving on, we get a closeup of the hallway behind the head, and the building starts violently shaking and crumbling. Thats when the segment ends. I'm assuming this is referencing the end of the first JOLLY 4, when the building starts violently falling apart as the investigator tries to escape. Again, just an idea, but the evidence lines up well.
----------------------------------------------------------------
The next part of the trailer has us hiding under a desk, looking at an elevator (another reference to the first trailer?) The protagonist gets and turns around, which is when we see this:
This appears to be a control room of sorts, or an office (maybe there are multiple offices in the game). This also isn't the first time we've seen this particular room. If you look at the bottom of Ewademar's JOLLY 4 drawing, the computer(?) seen in this control room is in the drawing as well. This room was also used in the showcase teaser for George Goodtime. Perhaps what this is implying is that this room, or, more specifically, this computer in the teaser, has a significant part in the gameplay, for instance, maybe we use this to view the cameras, or perform tasks, etc. What I'm trying to say is, from the looks of it, this room has a very important purpose.
----------------------------------------------------------------
The trailer continues with the protagonist walking out a door and into a massive office area:
(Sorry for the blur) The protagonist walks forward, passing by what seems to be a check in desk(?), with the words "JOLLY ENTERTAINMENT" scrolled along the back wall in a massive cartoony font. There are also cardboard cutouts of George and Maxie on the two sides with holes in the faces, the kind where kids put their faces through and have their pictures taken. Maybe this implies that parents bring their kids to work often, or maybe there's a play place for kids. I don't really know.
----------------------------------------------------------------
The final part of the trailer has Tweetie Goodtime's eyes turn red and scary and look at the camera. It seems she has a "security mode" or "criminal mode" that has been activated. It's very reminiscent of the Jollibee's trailer. The animatronic’s eyes did the same thing in that trailer as well.
----------------------------------------------------------------
WOW! That was a lot of stuff to go through! I hope you guys enjoyed this analysis! Let me know your theories about this trailer. As always, a huge shoutout to @IvanG and the rest of the JOLLY team for their hard work and amazing skill. Can't wait for the full release of JOLLY 4! Until next time! ;)
((UPDATE) The head in the first part of the trailer is confirmed to be a remodel of Withered Jolly's head, made by @RookieReviews .)
