Android port is possible, but chance of release it too small.
I have Game Maker Studio 1.4 on Professional license with Android export support but only for test via ADB.
That means I can only test Android games for playable on this platform. So I export game and install controller emulator, and all works pretty well. I really like to see BoundShere on others platforms, Maybe someday I will release BoundShere for Android, who knows?))
