Angry Stan Fixed again


Okay, I changed all of the ui so it is positioned as a percentage of the absolute screen resolution as opposed to an absolute position from the centre of the screen, it means that the ui elements will allways be in the same place, unfortunately the speech bubble cannot be moved and the size of certain elements is unchangable. I moved the camera to a new position for the 800x600 resulution so that the water is still visible.

This is probably going to be the last time I update the game as there is no sence in wasting anymore time on a game made in 48 hours.
