Bit of a smaller update this week! That's good though, since Five Nights at Friedrich's releases today and your attention SHOULD be spent on that instead.
Lolbit can either be a complete non-issue, or quite possibly the single most annoying character in the entire game - it all depends on your playstyle! While active, Lolbit will replace Mendo in the shop and hike up the prices of all its items - specifically by 5% of the item's original asking price times their current AI level. (So for example, items are 1.25x as expensive at 5, 1.5x as expensive at 10, 2x as expensive at 20, etc etc)
Lolbit might be worth picking up if you don't mind having less items to work with, or are just good enough at earning tokens that the price hike really doesn't make a difference. You might think you can survive by just not purchasing any items, but I assure you, you'll wanna use them for some of the game's harder challenges. If you're willing to stomach the 60 tokens, you can also always just deathcoin Lolbit to return all shop prices back to their original values!
There's a lot of ways to approach dealing with Lolbit, and the items provide a whole extra layer of strategy and resource management to consider. I hope you look forward to messing with them in the final game :D
