as you may have noticed if you watched UNDEREVENT 2022, UNDERTOAD has undergone some extreme changes- mainly that it seems to have switched to the DELTARUNE battle system.

I am not a part of the UNDERTOAD, team, obviously, and this fan game has no affiliation with them, but I was still a bit disappointed to learn that my game would become mostly irrelevant due to the dramatic change in game mechanics.

Still, this game won't be cancelled- only a few touches are left, and then phase 3 will be released.

I hope you all can enjoy this game even though it is no longer in Undertoad's canon style.

I've decided to put this project on hiatus for now. Because the Undertoad animated series isn't out yet, I don't know what the battle UI will look like, and I don't want to make a custom one just to replace it when Season 1 releases. Hope you understand.

final playable version of phase 1 has been released, you can play it on the game page!

changelog:

- diversified attacks with new platform engine

- expanded demo length to include teaser for phase 2

- removed debug features (again)

hey @gamejolt , I'm having an issue with avatar frames. As seen in the first picture, I made this account a few years ago. However, recently, I've been repeatedly given the 1-week frame, and my previous frames have been deleted...
