Another day.. another devlog!

We have reached another devlog! It has been quite some time, eh?

It's been almost an entire month since our last devlog (2 days away from becoming said entire month) so I decided to update y'all.. like.. right now! (Doesn't mean devlogs are going to be monthly, life is life, and life is fuckin' rough.)

Game Status? Achievements? Gameplay?

So, to put it short, it has very rough edges at the moment of writing this, but it's taking shape and I'm proud of myself! (Although I do feel bad since I'm the only one actively working on this, everyone else on team is busy with something else. But hey, it's understandable.)

As of right now, I have put the GameJolt API into the game and I made it so I can get one trophy from the game as a test to see if it actually works. 2 attempts later, and it actually works!
(Trophy description blurred out due to potential spoilers, not that it matters.)

The game itself is so far only the office and one camera, (By the way, if you flip the monitor up, you won't get out of the cameras as of right now, so, it's nothing but a deadly trap.) but the doors and lights are somewhat working, even if it's only once.

The Lefty Mario Design Situation

In my previous devlog, I mentioned how the "Lefty Mario MM Design" was a standing issue. Well, say no more to that!

This new design was made to be more "Mario-Core". (or Biblically Accurate)
Ignore the fact on why it kinda sucks, I can't draw Mario very well.

So far, the design has not been implemented into the game because I don't want to work on "skins" on a very early point of game development.

Unlike the skins that might (or might not) make into the game, this design can be accessed via the settings at any point and will always be a toggle, dependant on which design you prefer.
The old design can be dubbed as the "Legacy Design". (It sounds more "fancy" compared to "old".)

Secrets?

I have several plans for secrets that aren't just "easter eggs" and "minigames", and I do not like to ruin any surprises, so this information is all that you'll get.
