The things that we're shown in the gameplay trailer aren't too outdated as of now. The same mechanics shown in the trailer are still present, but they still need some polish and need to be worked on a little more. As for the environments on the other hand; they are very outdated and around the time the trailer was released, the environment looked completely different.

I'm going to just leave a comparison here just to prove a point:

Even during it's current version, it'll probably look a bit different in it's final stage for the full game. But the current version shows off what it looked like after the trailer was released.

But for the most part, it's just the environments that is dated.

So I guess the moral of the story here is to not show unfinished and unpolished works before they are ready. I still have a lot of learning to do during these times, ESCPECIALLY with marketing and advertising. I am terrible with keeping a secret. And at this point, if I reveal something and a week passes, let's just assume that it's officially outdated.

I do regret showing these, but at the same time I don't regret it. I would want to delete these videos and sources of media, but whenever something is shared on the internet, whether you delete it or not, it'll never go away behind the scenes. So quite frankly, I see no point in removing them.
