Anybody knows how to create a pop-up message window in clickteam fusion dev? I want to add a feature like this inside my games. I would appreciate anyone's help

If you watched my latest teaser video, you probably noticed the side characters did not know the main characters (and the opposite). Well, just decided to change that so it makes more sense.
Minor update:
-Exams are over so I will probably have more free time for developing.
-Improved Cream's speed boost (similar to EOT)
-Began working on Cream's route!
-Next teaser will be about Cream.

I don't think there is a reason not to like him-
Just a chill guy who somehow knows a lot about the player's actions (prob in a similar way as Flowey) and has some of the most touching lines in the game.
