It's Mock Up of the first zone of Sonic Story - Aqua Terra. When Sonic was hanging around with Amy and Tails, he saw a big Light shining from afar. He decided to discover it... It's big abandoned Aqua Park that surrounded by Coast and Hills. Act 1 takes place at the Coast that leads to this Aqua Park.
