I once visited a wiki page about Lisa fan games and there was a line like "Lisa The Painful and Lisa the Joyful fan games only". Which made me wonder. Do Lisa: The First fan games even exist? I've never really heard of them. The closest things are Lisa: The Origin, which is Lisa: The First in Painful/Joyful style (and with the best art style ever) and BHAP's final area. But those two seem like a stretch.
So. Do you know any better examples?

In the cave right before Russian roulette scene there's an old man who says "Thou are God". Does anyone have any clue what this could mean? I still have no idea. Brad is definitely not a God. Or this game pulls Undertale and this man talks to the player?

A proof of concept
This time it's not a remix, but an original Lisa fan music piece. It's quite old and didn't get a proper name, unless you can classify "КрутоДа's Call" as one.
