The link leads to A Fangame Set Before the Events of Changed? | Changed: ADHOC (Prototype) by Neco The Sergal (this is a old game of ours)

You had to watch the video or atleast skip to the part where he inputs a code. The code leads to the pool room, which is another clue left in "the answer.txt" - 2409.
