First; the conversation.
I am going to get straight to the point.
DREADWALKER, since its birth as "INVESTIGATION: Thunder Science" or whatever we once had - has been in an agonizing development hell for over 3 years. (according to its now-deleted old page) This game has been canceled, switched engines and brought back, canceled, and then switched engines AGAIN and brought back, and I think you get the point - to where we are now.

How this game wasn't canceled now despite the ongoing things in my life and the many projects I am helping on or overseeing them is a mystery.
But I'm not here to talk about how I am an incompetent person, wearing the guise of an "amateur game-developer" for years - I am here to talk about the fact that things are pretty much changing. (No reference/pun intended, don't even say it.)
I feel like what I've been delivering to the followers has been lackluster. This has been bad decisions and rushing to get something out to appease everyone on my part, and I apologize. - I will be deleting these posts, etc, etc...
And I will admit, Once Upon A Mime was nothing but a TRTF: Secrets Revealer rip-off that didn't add anything of substance to the story or the game.
And now, to end this - I am STILL completely remaking the whole game and story from absolute ZERO and I cannot wait to show what's in store... again.
The Road Ahead
Doomer aside, there is something that DW fans might be interested in; an actual original game made by the other team here over at Noirgami. The details we'll give you that it is a co-op game inspired by my favorite games: The Division and The Last of Us: Part I and II. (Well, I haven't played TLOU yet...)
We don't have anything to show yet, but here's concept art by @JRWELLS for some little guys for both DREADWALKER and the upcoming game.

(We will miss you, SUNDERED REEL/LOST VENDETTA.)
That ends our "devlog" for today. Have an epic weekend!
