i used to not have a personal email, but my school account had one
so when i first signed up for steam, i used that
like a year later or smth i had to move to a new school, and my old school email was deactivated
i had actually bought a game on that account and didnt want to lose what i had earnt, so i contacted steam support abt it
once i had my very own personal email and contacted steam support, i had bad history with other company support lines not doing anything, so i genuinely just held my dick and hoped that i would atleast get a response
to my UTTER SURPRISE, i got a response in just a day or so that they had ACTUALLY moved the accounts email to my new personal email
my jaw fucking dropped when that happened lmao
steam support is actually our guardian angels in disguise i swear to fucking god bro they're awesome
got reminded of this story when i got a youtube short about steam support and had never shared it so i thought i would since its a nice memory i have
not losing an account that was like... probably only 20 bucks in value lmao
