Artificial v.0.2.0 Live

Hello, everyone. Hello, #AdvJam2016.

Two words about our game - it’s about a detective on a strange case, which takes place in the future with powerful implants in your head and government surveillance that comes with it, making difficult crime case a rare thing.
Main idea was to create a game with two modes that you can change right in the process: standard point-and-click adventure mode with dialogue screens and interactive fiction mode with text, choices and a somewhat different point of view.

It wasn’t so hard in theory, but on practice we stumbled on a lot of little things that prevented from realizing all ideas and content in the game. Also we were in a rush to publish version before countdown is over and that led to build version that wasn’t really playable and hardly was enjoyable.

But we finally found a time and made a build without bugs that ruined a lot. Now you can experience the story, IF-mode and have a closer look on this setting.

Game made by Unity and Ink - incredible engine for creating narrative games. Ink powers both of modes at the same time for us, so everything became real thanks to inkle with their open-source project.

Thanks for reading this and we hope that you will try out the little part of our game. And it would be nice to get some helpful feedback from you, so we could start thinking in the right direction with this game and universe.

Runestones: from concept to in-game model🗿

Hi everyone! I started to create some environment props for my new video game, here is a cozy house in the forest. I'm planning to switch from Unity to Unreal... Let's see what new challenges I have to face. Made in Blender and Substance Painter.

a drawing I did because I was bored😪. But I love how it turned out.😊

These are background sprites I've created for a game I'm working on at school ^w^ Click on the post to see how the sprites connect. You won't regret it! (personally, I think it's pretty heheh)
