I'm not accusing GameJolt of anything. This could be a bug.
I checked the FNaF tab, checking the "best" section and sorting by "mature content" and "devlog". The game was there for me:

This is different from the Luminance situation, as you can see in their video that their game got removed from the featured page, but they were looking at it through their account. I, when using my account, could see my own game. But once I went into incognito mode, it wasn't there anymore:

And, thanks to you guys, we have been able to see that it wasn't just my computer, it was everyone who couldn't find it in the FNaF tab at all, not even by changing the tags. It was just gone.
However, 8 minutes after I posted about it, it showed up again. Users who reported not being able to see it, suddenly could. 8 minutes after my post, you gotta admit that's really weird.
This is why I'm asking for an explanation from @gamejolt . How long has this been going on for? Why wasn't I informed about it whatsoever? Why could I see it while everyone else couldn't?
This is an issue that affected possibly every single user, meaning it's not a private matter that I should be mailing you about, it's very public and should be addressed publicly through, at the very least, a comment.
In your post addressing the current situation, you asked us to communicate with you before spreading any possible misinformation, yet we are getting no information from you when we're personally affected by bugs or decisions from the team.
I've been working on this game mostly by myself for 4 years, making a passion project in your website for free. When you banned me for no reason and without prior warning, we spoke and I got unbanned. When you deleted my game by accident and without prior warning, we spoke and you gave it back. But, if the game has been gone from that page for days, weeks or months, you can't give that back. That's growth taken away from me, from the project. That's even fewer people who'll get to see this game.
You can't be asking for us to communicate while you leave us in the dark about everything going on. You have no idea the panic and sadness I felt when the thought of my game being gone from this site crossed my mind. How was I supposed to feel when all my hard work suddenly felt threatened?
I don't know what to expect anymore. It's hard to maintain a happy face through all of this, it's truly hard to stay positive in when GameJolt doesn't feel like a safe space for gamedevs anymore. Whether it's a bug or not, we deserve an explanation.
