Okay so me and @Innacool were talking about how we wanted the Origins of the BFB universe that has survivors and killers made their way into RT look like, and he came up with a mutant idea. These characters are ranked on how likely they were to get mutated in this universe. The "Nope" Catalog mostly consists of characters that are already teased to be alive in RT, so they already survived the chaos of the main universe they were from.
