Hello, purrsum here.
It's been a while, and our team has returned with some news regarding the game's development.
Last year we resumed development for the game, and since then we've faced many struggles and changes in the game's direction. The game's layout stayed the same, while the game's story kept changing to better suit the game's overarching narrative.
In addition to that, a lot of things changed in my personal life that damaged my motivation to work on the game around the end of June, but I'm slowly getting over it and getting back into the groove of things. In fact, that's what me and the team have been doing for the past month or so!
Unfortunately due to the aforementioned narrative changes, we'll have to work extra hard into the next year to deliver you all a completely polished Full Demo experience, hopefully within the first six months of 2025.
It was incredibly irresponsible of me to soft-announce the 2024 release window for the game's demo and I apologize for that. We will see about announcing the demo's release date as soon as it's close to enter playtesting.
So as to not end on a sour note, we've prepared a little something for you all to experience while the demo is still being worked on :)
Introducing: the game's Prologue chapter!
This is a first look at the game's demo before the full demo release, which includes:
The game's Intro Sequence, which will tell you more about Batty's background story.
Your first battle encounter with monsters (just a simple preview of the battle system, and what it looks like!)
The Ruins chapter of the story, which will tell you about the way the girls met and how they got into some nasty trouble along the way.
All that, only for 0.00$ because we're non-profit and we're doing this for our own fun anyway.
The Prologue Chapter will become available on September 27th 2024, so set your calendars and... ahem... stay patient??? duuhhhhh girl
Thank you all for following the project all the way to this point, there's now almost 7500 of you; we can't wait to show you what we've been working on :)
