August 7

Recently, I removed the tractor beam completely. I replaced it with a bubble capture gun.

The gem shards in bubbles move at about 75% slower than the other ones.

I also changed the tutorial screen to match it.

Upon collision, the ship now flashes red and backs up. This makes it less likely to hit the same object multiple times.

Here are some screenshots from early in the game.

August 20 (30 minutes later) I noticed that the game was set to a 16:9 resolution, but the UI didn’t fit correctly. I’m not really sure how to fix the web version… but I fixed the downloadable. BEFORE: AFTER: I also added a quit button.

Some time ago, we posted a screenshot of the Mexico level. A curiosity about it is that, like some other scenarios of the game, it was inspired by a real landscape, The Basaltic Prisms of Santa María Regla. It is one of the natural wonders of the country!
