Bane of Dawn Chapter 2 just got Released !


Bane of Dawn Chapter 2 (and Version 0.2.0)  finally launched for everyone today! You can play both chapters for completely free.

New in Version 0.2.0 :

  1. New & improved Main Menu - Completely redesigned and now with music!

  2. More Sounds - When you pick up objects, interact with objects, etc. there will be new sounds!

  3. More options / settings - You can now adjust difficulty,  volume and image effects!

  4. Decoration and new furniture - In Chapter 1 & 2 there is now new furniture like chairs! 

  5. Bug Report / Feedback - Now you have the option to send feedback or report a bug!

  6. More Interactions - You can now pick up objects by pressing E instead of just walking into them and do more stuff manually (wich makes the gameplay more interesting so the game doesn't feel like a walking simulator)!

  7. Improved monster AI!

  8. Much more small changes & bug fixes!

Chapter 2 :

Of course the biggest change is the release of chapter 2. In Chapter 2: The wrong way you will once again try to collect items and escape from the monster but now there are also keys to collect , open doors , open doors with keys and a flashlight! But I don't want to spoil  the whole game so download it now and experience chapter 2 for yourself!

In the quest for accessibility, I'm adding Resurrection Shrines for players on the 'novice' end of the platforming spectrum.

In order to unlock the power of a Shrine, you must collect 3 'Souls' from your dead corpses! (the floating blue orbs)

Let me introduce you to the new Mech line: Gendai Spec. Those are Mech that specializes in surprise attacks, covered operations, and stealth. They are equipped with melee weapons but one of Gendai's frames supports sniper rifles.
